AAOEe Annual General Meeting

It is once again that time of year when we welcome you to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM), taking place Thursday 19 April 2018 at 6:00pm, location Archives of the Science and Tech. Museum (2380 Lancaster Rd., Ottawa). We have chosen to hold the AGM here in order that we might invite you to an extra special event, a tour of this museum's archives, which will follow our meeting.

Our candidates thus far for executive positions are:

Jacinda Bain – President

Claire Sutton – Vice-President

Theresa Sorel – Treasurer 

John Lund – Member-at-Large                   

Emery Leger – Member-at-Large

Vacant – Member-at-Large

Vacant – Secretary

All executive positions are open. We welcome any AAO East member in good standing to put their name forward to stand for an executive position. If you wish to put your name forward to nominate a member, please submit the nomination to aaoeast@gmail.com. Call for nominations are open until Saturday 14 April after which nominations are closed until the AGM. At the AGM, calls for nominations will be made from the floor.
